The demand for certification has increased significantly in recent years in Sweden. The service we deliver is our customers’ credibility as a reliable supplier. The ultimate delivery is a certificate that the customer has to show that they have been certified against a third-party standard and which can also be a ticket to new markets and new customers. ControlCert has followed many start-ups where certification has been a cornerstone in continued development for the company.
Accredited services
A certification body that is accredited is approved and under continuous supervision by an accreditation body. In Sweden, SWEDAC is the state authority for accreditation. The accreditation gives the right to use SWEDAC’s accreditation symbol on the certificates and shows that ControlCert meets the high requirements for competence and functioning routines that the certification process includes. ControlCert has accreditation designation 2064 and is listed on Swedac’s website for:
- FSSC 22000
- ISO 22000
- ISO 9001
- ISO 14001
- Organic regulation
Certification Marks for Management Systems
After a company has been certified for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000, it is allowed to use ControlCert’s certification mark. The use of the mark and ControlCert’s logo (hereafter referred to as “the mark”) must follow these rules:
- The mark must not be used on products or in connection with the marketing of products.
- There must be no ambiguity regarding the mark or accompanying text about what is certified or which certification body issued the certification.
- If your organization conducts its own laboratory tests or inspections, the mark must not be used on reports from these activities.
- If the certification is mentioned in text on a product or in accompanying documentation, it must be clearly stated that the certification applies to the management system, not the process, product, or service itself. It must also refer to the certified organization, the relevant management system, and indicate that ControlCert issued the certification.
FSSC 22000
The FSSC mark may now be used on its own by a certified organization but can also be used together with the ControlCert mark, both ordered from ControlCert. The FSSC mark is also available in black/white and white/black variants.
